  Placed an online order and waited 30 minutes in the drive thru. Finally had to park and get out and go inside to see what was taking so long. Only then did they start making our food which was only 2 sandwiches and they finally got it out to us.

  Ordered two sandwiches online, one toasted and one not. Both came toasted with barely anything on them, one sandwich had only 3 slices of turkey (I counted), missing ingredients that are part of the sandwich too. The second sandwich that wasn’t supposed to be toasted was practically burnt to a crisp and was rock hard. I usually have a pleasant experience ordering here but I’ve noticed lately that things have gone downhill bad.

  Parked truck and trailer and walked to just find out from a scribbled note on the door. Drive thru only. Why???

  Their sandwiches are delicious!! I do wish they would bring back the bean sprouts, though. However, I have food delivered to my work and they're on time and very pleasant.
