  Waited 15 minutes for chicken to cook because they were out then after waiting the worker puts a pea sized portion of chicken on my burrito so I paid for more chicken then after that they were also out of queso, I have visited many chipotle restaurants and this one by far is the worse

  I can't stress this enough. If your online system is down, fine, Make.It.Right. Don't act like customers are an inconvenience and especially take it seriously when a customer explains they need their take out order urgently for a diabetic partner. Instead you say you need some confirmation number and for me to read off an order you then take your sweet time putting together. I get that customers can be assholes and yes I was flustered because I waited 15 minutes in what is supposed to be a take out only drive through before rushing inside to take care of my partner. Moral of the story, if your online thing is off turn off online orders or make the car drive around so you can deliver the other take outs that are ready, and treat your customers with more respect.

  We were so so so pleased to see they had fajita veggies prepared, even 30 minutes before closing. Unfortunately, the veggies were swimming in grease, and the food caused issues for us the next day.

  Every burrito from this location has half the cheese in one of the ends. I don't know why they can't spread it evenly.

  Firstly, I just want to say that it seems like almost every single time I come to this Chipotle I have issues, and judging by other comments I'm not the only person👀 The employees are never polite or kind, let alone even being the slightest bit respectful or courteous. And especially in this day and age, even the LITTLEST bit of respect goes a long way. Tonight I stopped by and they did have a couple people ahead of me, it was dinner time so obviously business was picking up. The employees that were working the food line when I came in were super rude and disrespectful, anytime I asked for either a little bit or extra of any ingredient in my chicken bowl, they purposely went out of their way to do the exact opposite, up to a point where I actually said something to the young man about it which is not like me at all. I'm assuming he was unhappy with his job and with being asked to come up to the front to help with customers by another employee, but even still, busy or not, bad day or not, that is no way to treat another human being, let alone a paying customer. It's sad because people like this make it so much harder for the good people in this world who are just trying their best. I ended up talking to the manager after the whole situation, and expressed my concerns and about this being a constant issue at this location (unsurprisingly, they have an extremely high turnover rate here). The manager was super polite about the issues we had, but overall still felt as there was no resolve to the situation. Its so sad just how many people are like this in the world anymore, if people actually went out and tried their best at everything this world would be so much different. It would actually be a peaceful world with a lot less issues. A big thank you goes out to all the GOOD people, especially those in the food industry which can be very stressful at times. This was my last issue at this Chipotle, and I will definitely not be returning to this location for the foreseeable future. Thanks for listening to my rant!
