  Very nice employees. One complaint...their bread wasn't the same as what I have had at other locations. It was tasteless, as if something was missing.

  The worst Jimmy John's ever. Hopefully you dont want your sandwiches in less than an hour because you're going to be waiting at least that long. *toasted sandwiches not toasted * was basically told if I wasnt happy to not order there anymore

  Just popped in for the first time to split a quick lunch before running errands, and had a great experience. The team working this morning was friendly and smiling. It definitely makes a difference. My sandwich was made with good vibes!

  I wanted to order 4 sandwiches. I asked to have my sandwich toasted and was denied because it wasn't a "toasted" sandwich. I said I was confused because Huntley location has no issue toasting my sandwich regardless of type of sandwich. He said the turkey tom doesn't have the toaster fee included in the price. Sometimes you have to ask yourself is this real life? So I asked him if he was kidding? He said this isn't a joke. The problem solver I am I asked if I could pay a toaster fee? He said no its the owners rules here I can not help you. So I gave my business to Huntley since we were heading that way. I will not be back I have zero patience for playing games it shouldn't be this complicated or hard to spend my hard earned money!

  My husband and I live in Marengo, Il. and get subs from the local Subway at least once a week. We have seen ads for Jimmy John's subs and had to try the subs when the Jimmy John's opened in Marengo. To be honest, we won't be going back. As compared to the Subway sandwiches, they are cost about the same for a smaller sandwich with less ingredients. In addition, the bread is not at all of the same quality as the Subway sandwiches. On the plus side, there was no waiting since the restaurant was empty other than the employees. I know we won't go back there, and I really don't think this restaurant will last long unless they can offer sandwiches that are at least comparable to the sandwiches at Subway.
