  Ordered for pickup and got it taken care of, but had to call back to have the order canceled. After the first call nothing happened for an hour. When i called back, the call was abruptly ended. I had reordered for delivery that took over an 1hr for the order to be completed and received. When the order arrived the sandwich was not correct per online order and drinks exploded. Very disappointed not sure if we will return to Jimmy John's in the future.

  It's happened a couple of times...but I think it's pretty simple to follow directions and to not put tomato, when not asked for. Good thing I didn't ask for bacon because they've charged me for it in the past and not put any on. It's still a sandwich ig.
