    I came through recently, and it was the worst service I have ever received from this location. My fries were cold, half full, and were mixed with crinkle fries despite me ordering curly fries. My sandwich- the Chicken bacon and ranch sandwich- came with zero ranch on it. They also didn’t give me any of the sauces I ordered. And my strawberry lemonade wasn’t stirred whatsoever- despite it being stirred every other time. I don’t want to nitpick but my food was almost inedible with how poorly it was done. :(

    Arby's never disappoints. I stopped here on my travels. I ordered on the app and the food was hot and ready when requested. Staff was friendly.

    Between 1:30 and 1:50 on 3 April I witnessed the manager verbally sniping about the two customers after being asked for a paper bag and politely corrected due to an orders missing items. Once the customers walked away the manager and a fellow female employee could be heard berating the customers and calling them “such a pain in the ass”. When the elderly customer asked for a bag, the manager flicked it at the elderly disabled woman. The staff’s behavior was so disrespectful on so many levels. I would like to commend Kaleb for behavior and assistance. I could see his discuss in his manger’s behavior and pray this has no impact on his employment. I don’t live in this town but will never patronage this store ever again.
