The chicken had been sitting out for approximately 20–25 minutes before being served to customers, and we specifically requested that our order be made fresh. Instead, it appeared we were served old food that had also been cooked in old grease. To make matters worse, none of the employees were wearing gloves while handling food. Based on our experience, this was extremely concerning. I believe the health department should inspect this establishment as soon as possible to ensure proper food safety standards are being followed.
