  Horrible delivery service. Takes well over 40 minutes almost every time I’ve ordered resulting in my “toasted” sandwich being delivered soggy and cold. Today’s experience really sent me over the edge. I ordered my order, it got to my place of work 30 minutes later, no biggie I ordered ahead of time this time. They forgot my drink. I called the store and talked to an employee, they said they would send my drink back out. Another half hour goes by. Still no drink. I called again just to get told “ I know this isn’t what you want to hear. But your drink is going to be there shortly. The driver is making his rounds and then will get to you”. I told them to cancel it as I’ve already waited so long and didn’t want to go over my break time. Ridiculous. I remember when a company messed something up, usually they would make you a priority knowing you’re waiting with the other half of your order. I’m just about over it with the poor service at this location.

  Super fast- absolutely delicious - everything was right and when I ran in to pick it up - the staff was super friendly.

  Isabella was honestly the highlight of our visit to Jimmy John’s on Saturday night! She deserves a raise! She was working super hard when we walked in, helped us pick out sandwiches, and was incredibly patient while answering all of our questions. She was so friendly, and my friend and I were really impressed with her positive attitude, especially after working a double. Great atmosphere and great food!
