  I did a mobile order on August 2nd while traveling through Macomb. I got to the window and was told they were out of food. No partial food for the order was given and Marcus couldn't give me a refund. I left my information and he assured me the GM would call because he said everything had to go through the app and upper management. Guess who hasn't called me? I filed a complaint with Arbys... still am waiting for almost $50 to be returned to me 10 days later. Soon I will do a bank dispute because this is theft. Managers should know how to give refunds. He also told me there was no way for him to contact the GM. If that is how this business truly works than that is an awful business practice. I would give 0 stars if I could. Since I do not live in town I cannot just go in to handle this face to face.

  Went and got fries and cheese steak and mozzarella sticks the fry container was half empty and the fries and mozzarella sticks was cold. And the employee was very rude and was texting the whole time.employees name was Leann

  Also had to wait and be pulled forwards. I had to wait 10 mins at the speaker just to order and then they made me pull forward.

  You will have to Wait 10 to 15 minutes before they even take your order then wait another 5 to 10 minutes maybe 15 for them to give you your food the service here sucks people are coming on their lunch. They do not want to spend an hour lunch in a waiting line to get service
