  You will have to Wait 10 to 15 minutes before they even take your order then wait another 5 to 10 minutes maybe 15 for them to give you your food the service here sucks people are coming on their lunch. They do not want to spend an hour lunch in a waiting line to get service

  Ordered drive thru at 1026am got our food at 1045am. Crispy chicken sandwich was hard as a rock straight to the trash. Arby's roast beef buns were hard so we are the meat. Wrong meat was most disgusting meat we've ever had. Straight to the trash. No problem ill eat my small curly fries I ordered. Wrong again they gave me crinkled fries. 🤦 what is going on with this location?

  27 minutes for a dine in order!!! Iorder some fries and a sandwich. Absolutely crazy wait time

  We went threw drive thru and ordered 3 sandwiches and 1 ordered of fries and it took a good 25 minutes to get are food and there was only 1 person a head of us. This was in Macomb Illinois.

  Arby's is not fast food, and I was under that impression. I always try to order the bread and butter of a business when I'm in a hurry. From the time I paid to the time I received my food was 13 minutes. What did I order? Roast beef sandwich and fries. The literal bread and butter of this business. These places need training for employees to give a chit.
