  Asked for two water cups and he charged me for 2 large drinks. I never asked for two large drinks I said water cups which should be complimentary.

  This is the second time I have ordered online and picked up my food on the way home from work. I should have known better the first time when my big Vito was more like a veggie rito without the meat. I tried again tonight and when I got home my order was wrong. This is unacceptable with the current prices and the staff and management clearly don’t care because they won’t do anything about it. I love some JJ subs but this location isn’t worth your hard earned money.

  Received the "right sandwich" but when I got home I realized it was completely wrong. Called and the staff didn't care and told me I left with it, it's my fault for not checking.

  They are rude.. and we oder online sandwiches and they are just put inside just lettuce and tomato.. and we live 25 minuets ways.. how we can come back? And they not give credit for that's.. so rude
