- JWJessica WaltersJun 28, 20263.0I want to start by saying the employees that work here have typically been nice and are always accurate with my order. They do seem to be understaffed which makes it hard for them to be more upbeat and more able to handle the issues I’m mentioning below. The food quality has really gone down over time. The carnitas that they serve in my burrito bowls are usually pieces of straight fat and only a couple pieces of actual meat. They also give such small amounts of each ingredient that I know someone is telling them to limit what they give. Which is disappointing considering the much higher prices these days. The inside has at many times been far too dirty to be able to dine in. With trash on the tables and floors and sticky surfaces everywhere. The other issue is that their “handicapped” parking is two spots in the front of their store with no signs to indicate where they are and faded paint on the ground. I have seen people parked in them that don’t have handicapped plates or placards and a person who needs one of these spots comes up and sees they are taken and they give up and leave. I’ve reached out about this issue several times (many times) a year or two ago and it was never taken care of so I stopped going to this location.

I requested a refund and they gave me a phone number to call. I drove to the Riverside location and they placed and prepared my order without inconvenience. I should never have to drive 15 minutes from my home area to get food after work. Unbelievably disappointing!!
