  1. This restaurants dining area is always dirty. Even when slow I observed people standing around instead of cleaning. 2. It. Seems like 85 percent of the time I go in to eat, this restaurant is out of the vegetables. I feel shorted in my meal and do not get an adjustment being more of another item a reduced price. Love your food but the shift manager needs to do a better job over seeing.

  The chipotle on 173 is literally always the worst experience. It does not matter what time of day you go there they are always out of three or four items and then act like it’s the customer‘s fault. The gentleman who is the manager always acts like we’re putting them out. And the place is always disgusting and filthy.

  I am beyond frustrated with my experience at this location. I ordered a burrito through the app, and when I picked it up, the bottom of the bag was completely saturated with grease. It wasn't just a small leak—the grease soaked through everything, making a mess in my car and ruining a brand-new pair of shorts I had just purchased the day before. I’m a busy person, but I made it a point to come back in the afternoon to speak with the manager and show him the damage. His response was incredibly dismissive. All he said was, "Thanks for letting me know," and suggested that "some grease probably slipped out of the bottom." To offer zero resolution—not even a refund or a credit for the meal—after their sloppiness caused actual property damage is completely unacceptable. While the food itself is usually fine, the lack of care in preparation and the "not my problem" attitude from management is a dealbreaker. If you value your clothes or your car's upholstery, I’d suggest going elsewhere. They clearly don't care about making things right when they mess up.

  This location has gone downhill since my partner and I moved to the area in 2018. Last couple years the location is always dirty, they are always missing ingredients, just seems like the workers seem untrained or just do not care. I would recommend going out of your way and going to the newer location over on Riverside.

  This location has really gone downhill. Last two times the food I got was inedible. Literally cant eat it bc its unsafe. This time the brown rice had a ridiculous amount of salt in it, like 10 times what it usually does. I had someone else taste it and they agreed its inedible and unsafe. When you order for pick up, you will get very little meat compared to going inside. I was given 3 small chunks of barbacoa and one of them was ALL fat. They gave me a credit for the bowl to use within 30 days but that doesnt solve the issue of whoever is cooking for them wasn't trained properly or just doesnt care. Sucks bc this Chipotle was a good place until like maybe the last yr or 6 Mos.
