  I heard it was decent yrs ago so i went with my sister and all the tables i seen were dirty so i grabed a napkin and cleaned my own table, but its over priced bland food and all the condiments are extras and it'll add up fast so be careful easy $20 with extra meat i hope they do better

  They need more help making delivery orders. There are 3-4 people helping dine-in customers, but only 1 struggling to keep up with delivery orders. Usually wait 15-20 minutes. Once again I'm picking up food to go, and once again waiting and waiting and waiting, along with some other customers who have been waiting and waiting, while 1 person struggles to keep up with the to go orders. The district manager needs to spend some time at this store making to-go orders. Another visit, another 15-20 minute wait. Not because the food took that long. This time they had 2 people working on to-go orders, and another person actually wiping tabls. This time the name on the receipt was basically unreadable, because the receipt printer was running out of ink from what I was told. I noticed this exact same issue when I was in about a week ago. If the people in charge are not capable of fixing, or even addressing these obvious issues before your customers are addressing them in the reviews, then you obviously have the wrong people in charge.

  What the hell happened to this place? Not one clean table and the place was empty garbage all over the place including outside in plain site of the lazy employees. Stood in line for 15 seconds saw the filth so we sll left. I promise you we will never ever return to this location. No management no standards. They're going to kill someone. Soon.

  My meat was burnt and not edible. They should not be serving burnt items, the rice was over cooked and lettuce tasted unwashed. I threw my whole meal away. I contacted Chipotle customer service and it took me 5 times to finally get connected to a live agent. Instead of a refund like I requested all they offered was a coupon that expires in a couple of days. Horrible customer service especially from one of the “live agents” I spoke to named Reymat.

  The lady was very rude slapped sour cream all over my girlfriends casedia box got all 3 sauces mixed together barely put any cheese after asking twice and they gave us honey chicken last ime we asked for normal very bad service all around the chicken was burnt you can taste it the line was all the way to the door managers were standing around hardly helping these young kids
