⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars — 7 Brew Has a New Customer! Last night, I decided to give 7 Brew Coffee in Machesney Park a try, and I can confidently say I was impressed from start to finish! I ordered a small decaf iced mocha, and the first thing that stood out was how incredibly friendly and welcoming the staff were. Even better — they got my drink exactly right the first time! And the flavor? Phenomenal. The coffee had a wonderful boldness to it, the mocha flavor came through perfectly, and everything was balanced without being overwhelmingly sweet. Having recently had a pretty disappointing experience at Dutch Bros down the street, the difference was night and day. If you’re trying to decide between the two, based on my experiences, 7 Brew would absolutely be my choice. Great service, great flavor, and a drink that actually tasted like what I ordered! The atmosphere around the drive-thru can be a little loud and energetic, but let’s be honest — I’m going there for the coffee, and they absolutely delivered where it counts. As long as the line isn’t wrapped around the block, I wouldn’t hesitate to stop at 7 Brew again when I’m looking for a specialty coffee drink. ☕️ Friendly staff + accurate order + fantastic flavor = a new 7 Brew fan! Keep up the phenomenal work, Machesney Park 7 Brew! 👏☕️

The service was great! I thought I ordered a shake with pineapple and coconut, but it was a coffee. Eeewww! The young lady, Miss Abby thought this might not be right and had them check. So glad they did. Miss Sierra was at our carside and was very fun and witty. Miss Abby came out to check my drink was exactly how I wanted it. And it was!

We always pass Seven Brew because the line is always so long 😂 Today we decided to stop and actually wait, and of course I brought my child with me who couldn’t decide what she wanted and kept changing her mind 😂 Jaylin was SO patient and kind and even suggested the Cookies & Cream shake. My kid absolutely loved it! We’ll definitely be returning! ❤️

I had a great experience with Jasmine and Chris! There was a little confusion with my order at first, but they handled it perfectly and made sure everything was corrected and exactly how I wanted it. They were both friendly, patient, and professional, and I really appreciated how they took the time to make things right without making it feel like a hassle. Excellent customer service from both Jasmine and Chris—they definitely deserve recognition! I’ll absolutely be back. ❤️

I don’t know how they can combat this problem except for the fact of maybe keeping it a little bit cleaner and maybe getting some push down fans and some traps but for just opening they have bee Infestation problem that they’re actually counting how many people are getting stung by writing it on their windows. I was scared to open my windows The atmosphere is really loud and they have over 30 employees doing absolutely nothing. They need to call an exterminator for the bees or move their traps that they have on the ceiling down more to where the bees are. Imagine how many bees are probably stuck in the drinks that they’re making.
