She messed up our order so I called the store to ask if we could have the pizza remade, the garlic knots were fine. She immediately gave me attitude and was argumentative and defensive for her personal reasons I am sure (I get it we all have things going on in life) however, if I said for upgraded items I should have received it. This pizza crust was dry and she did not add the parm crust. Here nor there, when coming back in she didn’t offer a remade pizza she said she’ll refund me to which I was upset because we had planned for just a quick easy dinner. She argued with me from the second I got in the door saying I ate half the pizza (my wife and I had once piece each because we didn’t want to be a bother and bring it back but it was dried out and not what we ordered). She was rude and aggressive, spamming pans next to the counter where I was standing. I find it extremely unprofessional. There should be a protocol to for these cases and it should be consistent. Previously our pizza was burnt and the gentleman working said he didn’t like how it looked and remade the pizza. That was the reason we order here time and again. If she’s working I will not be returning. When someone is that angry and combative toward a customer it’s extremely inappropriate and someone should talk to her. She has a poor attitude and if it’s because you all are understaffing you need to make changes because it’s not fair to them or the customer at that point.
