  Can’t even order pizza. On 3 separate occasions the guy taking our order kept writing it down wrong. Then one of the times 2 different people gave the credit card number 8 times and he kept missing numbers. I’m all for people from other countries making it here in America. But why is this guys answering the phone if he can’t write down an order or credit card number he needs to do a different function within the company. If I have an employee that can’t perform certain tasks I change things so I can find one they can. We just decided to make burgers instead. I wonder how much business they lost because of this.

  This review is only for online ordering. It's very convenient to not have to call and be waiting on the phone for someone to answer and then the time that takes to place your order. I think that this is the best way to order and the app is very easy to navigate. You can even keep track of the whole process.

  I WISH I COULD PUT NO STARS Carla needs to be fired so RUDE!! I’m a papa jhons reward member and I order a pizza today 3/2218 and just like last month my wings where under cooked and my pizza was dry and cold and my cinnamon bites are hard! I called to let the lady know which she said her name was Carla she hung up in my face and didn’t fix the problem! Last time I ordered same thing but I was told a manager would contact me NEVER HAPPENED HORRIBLE HORRIBLE RESTAURANT!! That is giving Papa Jhons a bad name!!! This use to be my fav pizza place!! Loves Park is rude and service is horrible and I will be making a formal report on Carla! I hope the conversation is recorded and you can hear how nasty she talks to your customers and didn’t want to fix my food or refund my Money!!! This Papa Jhons in Loves Park IL makes me hate Papa Jhons! And yes I will be telling my family friends co worker etc not to go there!!! Until they get better service and food! THEY DONT DESERVE NOBODY BUSINESS!!! If I knew how to add pictures to reviews I would show the WORLD THIS BS THEY BROUGHT TO MY DOOR!!! SMH
