  Ordered online. Waited 20 min to get there for pick up. Walk in because the drive thru is closed..... they tell me they are preparing my order. Wait 10 more minutes and the guy says morning shift didn't thaw the chicken...... it's 7pm and this employee blames the morning shift. Also told 3 to 5 days for a refund. I will be driving the extra distance to the 173 location from now on.

  Rick or ricky took my order. He didn’t greet me at all. I had a free sandwich card I gave him and he repeatedly wanted to ask questions saying where I got it like it’s none of your business. He continued to say it expired in 2023 when i know damn well it said 2026 and it was valid. Made me feel like I didn’t know what I was talking about. It’s embarrassing When did getting food after work get this hard🤦‍♂️. Jimmy John’s is definitely not the job for him. Definitely not coming back to this location

  Ordered 2 sandwiches at drive thru, waited 5 mins for the sandwiches then got home and they were not even what we ordered. The customer service and quality of sandwiches have been going downhill for awhile now and it's not just this branch. TIME TO START GOING ELSE WHERE..!!! Obviously JJ has gotten to big to give a crap about their quality as shown by repeated bad experiences, I was thinking maybe it was an off day but now witnessing this happen across many locations...

  We stopped at Jimmy John's this afternoon and it was magnificent. The food is fresh and the service was great! Thank you for being awesome!
