    Love the rewards app, first visit to this location today, they were sooooo friendly, drinks tasted just like the other location, super yummy so to me that’s consistency! Will def be back!

    ⭐ Disappointing First Visit Today I stopped by the newly opened Dutch Bros in Loves Park because I genuinely wanted to support the new location. After visiting several Dutch Bros locations while traveling through Oregon and having great experiences, I was really looking forward to finally having one in the Rockford area. Unfortunately, my first experience was pretty disappointing. My original drink was made incorrectly and was missing the flavorings I had ordered. I let the employee know, and he was very apologetic and offered to remake it — which I appreciated. After waiting for the remake, I drove away and took a sip… only to discover that the second drink had been made exactly the same way as the first and was still missing the flavorings. 🤦‍♂️ I completely understand that this is a brand-new location and employees are still learning, especially with how busy a new opening can be. Mistakes happen! But after spending roughly 20 minutes there and having the same mistake happen twice — including on a drink specifically marked as a remake — it was frustrating. I’ve since contacted corporate to request a refund, and unfortunately, this experience has left me hesitant to return to the Dutch Bros locations in the Rockford area. My advice to anyone visiting the new location: take a sip before you pull away from the window! ☕️😬 It may save you from discovering down the road that your drink still isn’t what you ordered. Hopefully these are just new-store growing pains and things improve as the team gets more experience.
