  I took the kids out yesterday for pizza! We wanted to try one of the new Halal joints on Roosevelt rd. My son loves pepperoni pizza so we landed on slyce! I loved the vibe of the joint with the painted murals and the classic booths! We are kinda picky about pizza so we didn’t order by the slice we wanted fresh! So we ordered the full pie. 1/2 cheese 1/2 pepperoni! I thought it was reasonably priced. We waited about 10 minutes and it was ready for us. We dined in and our host was very nice and service was great! My kids devoured the entire pizza and we talked about how it was comparable to pizza we have even in New York! Foldable and cheesy! We will be back and will probably use their delivery service as well! Loved the pizza!

  Absolute superb New York style pizza highly recommended fantastic Owner and you can buy it by the slice as the naming indicates or a whole pie. Highly recommend a whole pie because you will definitely eat it all eventually.

  We got half Magherita (on the right side in the picture) and half gyro (on the left side of the picture). The pizza was very weirdly salty. The people that were in the store and eating while we were there to pick up the order were also saying the pizza was very salty. Both of the pizzas were very mediocre. I've definitely tasted better pizza than this. I couldn't even taste any sauce, there was so much grease, my homemade pizza is better than this. The guy taking our order was very busy in his phone, when we asked him any questions about any pizza he wasn’t interested at all. Very bad customer service. Glued to his phone.

  Pizza by the slice was held in a viewing box that did not keep everything warm. It didn't appear that there was even a door to keep flying inscets out. They don't look appetizing. I ended up getting the wings, even though i had came for pizza. The wings had lots of feathers on it, and a sauce was gooped all over it. To top it off, they were burnt. I even tipped when I paid, which was a mistake. Just don't expect much from here is all. The customer service wasn't up to par as well honestly. I ended up going to a different restaurant right after because I couldn't eat what I had just bought. I'm not complaining or whining, but I am giving you the information you need to make a decision on how your money is best spent. If you eat here, that's on you now.
