  I very rarely eat fast food, especially fried chicken, but this place actually makes me want to do it more often. Came from Michigan to visit one of my friends, and I’ll definitely be back here the next time I’m in town. $18 for the craziest and best portioned Mac n cheese I’ve ever eaten. Got it loaded with the smash burger and Nashville tenders. Crazy good value and made me rethink my diet for the next week but I’ll do it again.

  Heard about Rude Rooster from a friend and decided to check it out. When I go to a burger/chicken establishment I expect to be "wowed" because there are so many of them. Unfortunately, this was not the case this night. I had the Classic Smash combo with Rude sauce but it tasted like a burger! The burger was nice size but the carmelized onions were overcooked which, if course, alters the flavor of the meat. My wife ordered the Cow Sloppy fries bowl which has fries, Mac and cheese and two chopped patties supposedly but the patty meat was sparse possibly because there was enough of the other two items you could feed a family of four with it. My buddy and his wife ordered the Chicken tenders which were nice size and very moist and flavorable. We also ordered the "Mozzarella BRICKS" which again, were overcooked and for me, not that tasty and the "Corn Ribs" which were very tasty. The server at the counter was more than helpful and she answered every question that was asked of her. The environment is nice and roomy with plenty of seating and the eating area very clean. The pricing is in line with most establishments in this field. I'd be willing to give Rude Rooster another try just because of the service we received at the counter.

  We’ve heard a lot of good things about this restaurant and were very excited about trying it. The place has a playful vibe and the staff was all pleasant. The issue really came down to food. Everything was just mediocre to bad, and for what we paid I expected a higher quality. For instance, I paid $16 for a jalapeño smashburger that was small with overcooked onions that tasted acrid. I had to take them off the burger just so it would be edible. The Mac & Cheese, while certainly creamy, had very little flavor. It was essentially béchamel with a hint of cheese. The chicken was fine, but nothing special, though the hot dry rub just tasted awful. Again, there was an acrid flavor that just seemed off. All things considered, this place is a pass. There a plenty of good spots doing similar food that aren’t as expensive. Very disappointing overall.

  I'm been torturing myself with spicy food for a good 25 years always buying the hottest hot sauces for home use. I decided to try the Rooster's Crowing spice level and OH MY GOD - my lips, cheeks, mouth, gums, esophagus and stomach are all on fire after ONE BITE. Seriously do not try this. The rest of the medium spice level food was delicious.

  So happy that my husband and I finally got to try this place ! First of all this is NOT A FAST FOOD PLACE! Perfection takes time !!! Come here with patience, time and a very empty stomach!!! This place is a true restaurant with a very wonderful relaxed atmosphere! Do not be fooled by the relaxed atmosphere for the crew takes their job and food seriously! This place is worth your time and money! Also their food has so much flavor and bite ! If you like spicy food and like actual spicy food not buffalo sauce this is the place for you! We tried the hot level which is the second to spiciest level and let me tell you wow spice actually kicks! If you like actual spicy food you’ll love hot it’s spicy but you can keep eating ! The spice builds! Also their food portions and for like 4 people or some great left overs! Can’t wait to come back!
