- FSFrank Sibs3 days ago1.0Well when you're ordering a large order of food online for an office staff meeting a couple hours ahead of time and you let them know it has to be there at noon and it doesn't show up until 12:30 when the meeting is over and everybody left it's a problem. Not to mention they got the sides wrong. If you're a big company and you're looking to pre-order I don't think this location is the one. The time you select is not honored by the location.

He said we’re still working on it but will be ready in just a minute. No problem, I went and sat down and waited. As I’m waiting, people start coming in, I notice they’re getting their food and leaving, time keeps going by, more people getting food, I’m still waiting. After 25 minutes, I’m about ready to ask for a refund, I’m the only one left in the store, the same guy I originally talked to asked if I was picking up. I told him yes and gave him my name again. They look around for a minute, and it turns out my order was ready THE ENTIRE TIME! They NEVER called out my name or order. I sat there WAITING FOR NOTHING! What a giant waste of my time, horrible customer service.

Then we had to wait for 20 minutes before we got our food and it didn’t even look like they were making our food. When we tried our food the bread was rock hard and clearly not fresh. I am 11 years old and my dad asked me to write a review.
