I really despise the digital coupon system. Although this is the closest grocery store near home, I avoid it as much as possible.

Every employee I interacted with was helpful and welcoming. A special shoutout goes to Mohammed, who works up at the front end. He went completely above and beyond to provide exceptional service. His friendly attitude and helpfulness made my shopping trip a breeze. Employees like Mohammed are exactly why I keep coming back to this location. Highly recommend shopping here!

I sat there for 10 minutes and decided to call the posted number for assistance. They have AI. Kept getting hung up on because it could not find my pick up number. Hung up on me. Tried 5 times and finally they found the number and said "sorry, the mail box is full." I was so upset I found an employee in the parking lot and asked her if she could go in and see where my order is. Of course she said "not my job." I finally got out and went in and ran into Robert. SORRY, was his response. It took another 10 minutes and I still never got an email that my order had been picked up. Too many other grocery stores in the area to keep this one in business. Time to shop elsewhere. This one's bad for my health.
