I'm baffled how could a restaurant that serves only gyros not know what kind of white and red sauce to serve for gyro? The red sauce it literally hot sauce (think Louisiana) and white sauce is some kind of ranch mayo eww. I'm never going back to this fake gyro place. Learn to make actual gyro sauces
