- SHSama HabeOct 2, 20261.0You know I always come here and they allow separate transactions thru the drive thru, but today as I was having an amazing day w my 2 friends we pull up to the drive thru however today my friend was driving, the lady rudely tells us we would have to drive around 3 times if we want our order. Keep in mind there were not really any cars behind us. Now my friend happens to wear a hijab(head scarf) I do not. I really wonder if that is what caused the rudeness can’t really be sure I do not like to assume things like that however when i pulled up before plenty of times they would allow separate transactions for me and my non hijab friends. In the time that we argued for the order she could ringed them up and had us pay. Instead she very rudely spoke to us and claimed we’d have to go around 3 times as i said before. I mentioned that several time before I was able to and she denied us. As we came inside i see the girl making our 3 drinks. In the time it even took the girl to make the 3 drinks we forsure could have been rung up and done. the employee under her stated “it’s because of our drive thru time” well to be fair if i ordered all 3 drinks on the same order and paid for it it still would’ve taken just as long for our drinks to be made. This was a very bad experience due to how rudely the morning manager spoke to us and treated us. I let them know to atleast be consistent with their rules if they are going to set them because it makes them look bad. Atleast our drinks still tasted good so I do appreciate that, but please do better
- EEEllaSep 29, 20261.0Never coming back to this Dunkin’ again. I ordered an iced coffee that looked extremely milky and watery, and unfortunately it tasted exactly how it looked. I asked for it to be fixed, but I was given back the same coffee. I also only received five hash browns, and they were cold. This is really disappointing when you’re paying for your food and drinks and this is what you receive. I went around 4 p.m. and was very unhappy with the experience.

When I eat and checked my sandwich, they had put bacon in it. I do not eat bacon, so this is a serious issue for me. Staff should be much more careful with customers’ orders, especially when it comes to dietary or religious restrictions. Please double-check orders before serving
