As a business owner, I’d be mortified if my staff did that to someone who took the time out to support my business. The business clearly says open until 9, how hard is it to put ice and refresher mix into a cup. I didn’t buy anything because they wouldn’t sell me anything and this was through the drive thru. No wait because I was sent away rather quickly.

Munchkins—also completely gone. The only option available was a vanilla donut that seemed pretty stale. The bag I got was soggy, which didn’t help the experience. The donut itself was just okay—nothing special. On the positive side, the service was actually great. The staff were polite and helpful despite the lack of options. However, there was a man inside with a very inappropriate red symbol as a band on his arm that made the environment feel uncomfortable. It didn’t seem like the staff noticed, so I’m not blaming them, but it definitely made the visit feel a bit unsettling. Overall, good service, but poor selection and an uncomfortable atmosphere made this a disappointing stop.
