  The service is ok. Came in and it took a bit for someone to welcome us but they made it up with the fun and food. Brought us back to our youth!

  Had lunch and played a ton of games after hitting up spirit with the niece and nephew. Our server Evony, I hope I got the name correct. She was amazing. My niece loved her nails and hair, and she went to the effort to talk about the kids Halloween costumes. Above and beyond expected, and super friendly. Food was great, service was great, and who doesn’t enjoy an arcade.

  Took my daughter for a fun Saturday, played tons of games and even though they were super busy the food we got to- go was amazing and the staff and management was great and SUPER attentive to our needs

  We had a great time at Dave & Buster’s Lombard! The place was fun, clean, and had lots of games to enjoy. The staff was friendly and helpful, and it was a great place to spend time with family. We would definitely come back again!

  I want to take a moment to recognize Caesar, because he is truly an exceptional person. It’s hard enough to find great people to work in an establishment, but finding someone who is genuinely kind, caring, and exceptional as a human being—and then brings those exact same qualities to their work—is incredibly rare these days. Caesar is one of those people. His kindness and genuine personality aren’t just something you notice in passing; they translate directly into the way he treats people and the way he does his job. You can tell that he truly cares, and that makes a huge difference. César is going to succeed wherever life takes him, and any company would be lucky to have someone like him on their team. Dave & Buster’s is very fortunate to have him, and I hope they realize just how valuable he is. Thank you, César, for being such a genuinely great person and for making the experience that much better.
