  Ordered 2 of the salmon dinners from this location and was extremely disappointed that the taste isn’t consistent with other locations that we’ve been too. The salmon was very dry, the green beans not cooked long enough, and they didn’t add the Cajun butter sauce that normally comes with it. I was also slightly embarrassed as I bought the second meal for a friend after bragging that the salmon (from other locations) was some of the best that I’ve had. She was not happy with the meal either.

  On a recent visit to D&B we had an issue with one of the games and Brian was very helpful and engaging to rectify the issue. He was able to troubleshoot the game to allow the kids to continue to play. He also gave insight on other games (human crain) and prizes. Natalie also helped out with suggesting some great drink options for the adults. Big shout out to Brian and Natalie!

  We had a small issue that upset my son, but it was quickly resolved by the general manager, Aaron. Even though it was a minor issue, Aaron took it seriously and completely righted the ship. Truly Disney-level customer service. Phenomenal leader for D&B and exactly the kind of person you hope to encounter as a customer.

  Basta and his crew are next level when it comes to customer service an accommodating. Very amazing place and my son and niece loved it!! The service was 10/10 and the kids were entertained from the moment we got there till we had to drag them out of there. We really loved the place and the service. Great people, great times and very clean and spacious. We will be back!! Thanks again to Basta and his team. We loved it. Thanks again.
