  Went here to watch the USMNT game. The unlimited wings, fries, and gameplay for $24.99 is a great deal. Best part of our evening was our server Zach. He was super friendly, and very attentive all night. Took great care of us. Will come back to dine in, especially if Zach is working.

  We come here often. The most personable server is Zach. I highly recommend asking for Zach or Felicia if you dine in. CJ is by far the most helpful, attentive, and accommodating food runner anywhere. The host Vince is so incredibly friendly and accommodating, always wearing a shy smile, and the manager Celina, who is always ever present is the most capable and always there to help with anything from your child losing their minecraft cards to not being able to access your personal promo code. I highly recommend this location bc of the staff and management.

  Love dave and busters, have been coming here weekly since it opened but i cannot in good conscience recommend this location anymore. The Pump It Up Arcade machine has been offline for close to four months. All that needs to be done is an ethernet cord plugged in. That’s it. Me and several local people haven’t been able to play, and something as simple as running a new cable isn’t a priority it seems. Sucks that i cannot take advantage of my lvl 9 rewards from years of supporting the company anymore. edit: spoke to the game tech “chris” and he straight up lied to me and said they called the manufacturer, that the manufacturer wouldn’t talk to them, but also that the manufacturer said that it’s a problem with the game and cannot be fixed. like i get it may be low priority but it’s straight up insulting to just flat out lie to your customer base. feels pretty par for the course for dave and busters nowadays unfortunately…

  Our family goes to the D&Bs in Yorktown frequently because the food is good, the service is friendly, the games are up to date, and it's kept very clean. Our most recent trip was extra special. The kids had been saving up their tickets for a giant stuffed panda but an issue arose with the cards we saved up. Edwin and Billy went out of their way to take care of the kids and make it a special night for them. What a wonderful memory!

  This location is smaller than the old Addison location was; however, they are adding more games to make it comparable. The best part about this location is the service. If you eat while here, ask for Felicia. She is incredibly personable, accomodating, and most importantly great with our children. Felicia made our experience EXTRAordinary. The kind manager Korey checked in our table and almost everytime we come in the manager Selina checks on our table. She exudes leadership, kndness, and is incredibly accommodating and knowledgeable.
