  Had a great experience! Cesar, the bartender, makes some of the best drinks and provides excellent customer service. He is friendly, welcoming, and really knows how to make you feel comfortable while enjoying great food and drinks. Brayan is also amazing! He is always welcoming, friendly, and attentive. He makes sure customers are having a great time and that everything is taken care of. Their customer service really makes the experience even better. Great food, great drinks, and an even better team! Definitely recommend! 🍹🍽️👏 Coming back every day off I have from work !!!

  Visited for lunch with my family, ordered our food promptly but waited over 75 minutes without our food arriving, our server or anyone coming by so we could cancel.

  Food is okay for a venue of this type. Kids had a great time. Our server forgot one of the sides, forgot to give us hand wipes and extra napkins, and when I asked for a printed receipt, never came back to the table. However, the assistant server, who actually brought the food, was fantastic. We arrived by 5pm and it wasn't busy, so I don't know if the server was new, or had extra tables.

  Me, my girl and her family came here due to an unexpected event being canceled and was so greatful for the customer service from Diana our server, Aaron and selena. They where so helpful and nice and generous and the energy and communication was great and am glad we took the kids here and happy to be here right now. The event might not have been still going on but this place definitely turned their mood around I am we came here and would recommend for the family if anyone needs some food and a place to take the kids to play games anA2m d have fun. Thank you guys so much made a families day better and kids are all smiling. I love that 😁

  A small group of us went to celebrate my friend's son's birthday yesterday. It was SUCH an amazing experience!!!! The staff were all phenomenal in creating a fun, inviting experience. Our servers/bartenders (Alexa and I cannot remember his name, but it starts with an I) were absolutely on their game being fun, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The young man running the Human Crane was very kind and absolutely intentional with the safety precautions. I also met who I believe is one of the managers (cannot remember her name, but she used to work at the Addison location) twice and she was down to earth, friendly, helpful, and grateful to hear positive feedback about the staff and the environment there. Cocktails were well balanced and the food was perfect! I will definitely be back!
