  This was one of the most unnecessarily rude drive-thru experiences I’ve had. We asked for a moment to decide, and within seconds the employee repeatedly interrupted us in an impatient tone, as if we were taking too long—even though there was no line at all. "LET ME KNOW WHEN YOU'RE READY. ARE YOU READY? ARE YOU READY? ARE YOU READY?"no pause. just like that. Then, while ordering, she cut us off multiple times mid-sentence, rushing us and making it difficult to even finish saying what we wanted. At the window, she continued with a cold, dismissive attitude and abruptly shut the window after handing us the food. There’s a difference between being efficient and being disrespectful. This felt like the latter.

  They we're being rude and the guy at the window walked in back and they were laughing. I think they did something wrong to my food.

  I paid for but did not get my cinnamon twist and I’m not driving 10 miles back now so I wanted everyone to know that they failed to deliver the cinnamon twists 😪😢

  ordered a Baja blast and cinnamon twists. They forgot to give me my Baja blast and my cinnamon twists taste like dirty frying oil / they had this rancid chemically taste after a singular bite truly the strangest thing I've ever had the displeasure of tasting I thought that since they reopened, this was a blank slate, but unfortunately, this Taco Bell/Management continues to be disappointing
