  The past 3 times I been here, two out of three of my orders have been COMPLETELY WRONG. Each and every time my order has been wrong... The old lady (age 60+) is there making the sandwiches. That woman needs to go. The 1st time she was throwing a temper tantrum that it was too busy, needed a break and just stopped working in the middle of orders coming in. Which she screwed up my order that time. And now this time, completely gave me a different sandwich. What do I order: #10 Hunter's Club® x 1 REGULAR, 8" French, Cut in half, No Lettuce, No Tomato, No Mayonnaise, Reg Yellow Mustard, Reg Oil & Vinegar, Reg Onions, Reg Oregano-Basil, Reg Sliced Pickles, Reg Crispy Fried Onions, Reg Avocado Spread What do I get: #10 Hunter's Club® x 1 with everything I took off and nothing I added on. You couldn't even screw up the order nicely and give me the avocado spread I paid extra for.

  I placed an order at 11:15 am for ASAP delivery on Jimmy John's actual website. I kept calling the front desk of my work to see if it got delivered and every time they would say nothing has been delivered. At 12:15PM I called Jimmy John's and asked what the status was. They said it was assigned a third party delivery through UBER even though I placed it on Jimmy's website. Uber did not assign anyone to the order so I just canceled the order. Now I understand that you can order through 3rd party but when your company has their own delivery drivers they should handle ALL orders placed on your own website. 3rd party orders should be handled by their drivers only.
