  I placed an order at 11:15 am for ASAP delivery on Jimmy John's actual website. I kept calling the front desk of my work to see if it got delivered and every time they would say nothing has been delivered. At 12:15PM I called Jimmy John's and asked what the status was. They said it was assigned a third party delivery through UBER even though I placed it on Jimmy's website. Uber did not assign anyone to the order so I just canceled the order. Now I understand that you can order through 3rd party but when your company has their own delivery drivers they should handle ALL orders placed on your own website. 3rd party orders should be handled by their drivers only.

  Wrong sandwich.. even had to wipe off the mustard. Double check your orders before you leave. Seems like it happens a lot per the reviews.

  Every time you order from here. Expect to either not get your food at all, or it will come 5 hours later

  Usually a good place but has severely gone down hill, the past 2 times ordered got the wrong sandwiches and was shorted a sandwich both times the toasted sandwiches were burnt, and most of them plus the wraps were not cut in half this place is ridiculous and I highly advise avoiding this place
