- PDPeter DikeosAug 9, 20261.0I rarely give this bad of a review - I must have caught them today on a really understaffed day. I waited and waited at the drive thru - no movement from the 2 cars ahead of me. So I pulled out of the drive thru line and walked into the gas station to the dunkin area. I saw 3 employees working feverishly while not much movement on the drive thru. I waited a fair bit but nobody greeted me as I stood at the counter to give my order. No greeting or acknowledgement or anything. I felt invisible. I know this is hard work, I spent a fair bit of my life in the restaurant business, but this is well below any reasonable standard of hospitality. I am headed to the Shell station in Lemont and I’ll get what I need from there. Wish you all well.

We were miffed about it, because what is the point of a coffee company that doesn’t serve coffee? My dad thanked the attendant, but I would not recommend this location for anyone who is just trying to get their cup of Joe.
