    First off I told them that I wanted ranch sauce on my buffalo chicken sandwich because I don't want to eat it hot and they literally put a little tiny squirt on the sandwich and it was only on one side of my sandwich. Horrible service if you ask me just to let you know.

    The food is great just a bit pricey, the customer service is amazing. I have two young children and the store manager gave them both a toy without purchasing anything and the staff interacted with them throughout our visit. Couldn't be happier with the experience

    This is the second Arby's that I have tried and its the same story. Sandwich was terrible and fries were old. Great customer service but not so great food.
