  I’ve always had good experiences at this location but today I couldn’t say the same. I had three people with me and we wanted to split the order 3 ways and the employee was very rude to us. She rolled her eyes and scuffed at us. Even though the line wasn’t long at all. Also when I received my coffee it wasn’t full to the top and did not taste like what I ordered at all. I am very disappointed and hope next time I visit there it will be a different experience.

  tell me why i got my drinks today, friday may 15th at 8:30 pm and one of them was clearly made wrong, i usually get this drink every time i come here, an energy with multiple flavors. i tried it, tasted barley anything, mainly just the energy can itself. i told the blonde girl that handed my drinks out and she said “it’s fine it tastes fine” and i repeated myself and she hit me with the same response. i know this store has a policy where if something is made incorrectly that there will be a remake. don’t expect that coming here especially when interacting with that worker.

  Mother’s day, Having a promotion going on for the 7Brewzies. You would think they would be more prepared for a long line. 1 person taking orders for both lines, had about 20 cars in front of me and it took over an hour. There’s no reason it should take an hour for a drink. All the other locations I’ve been to have around 2-4 people outside taking orders. Lockport needs to have more than one especially on days like this.

  C’mon. This place is awful. You gotta wait for these drips to finish making a TIKTOK or whatever. They all stand around talking, dancing, petting dogs. Yes please, pet the dog and then make my coffee. Terrible. I’ve pulled away 3 out of 4 times here. Only stayed once and had to ask if that was my drink, during a dance off. Good reviews must be friends and family.

  I have been coming to this location since it opened. I get my coffee there every single day and I’m sure they know who I am. Day hands-down have the best customer service and the most upbeat happy staff. They know my order and how I like it And it is always made the same. The manager and the staff will accommodate if they don’t have something that you want by giving a gift card for your next order or a free drink. This Lockport location Is the best and I have been to other seven brew Locations and the Lockport team is the best by far!
