  Came through to grab a coffee, and the girl who helped me was Shannon! She was so kind and helpful. She even looked at my previous orders and read them off to help me figure out what I might like. She also gave me so many great coffee recommendations to try! You can tell she really cares about her customers and wants everyone to have a great experience. Thank you, Shannon, for being so helpful!

  I walked over from a neighboring business to get some coffee, not knowing that this was a drive-thru only business. But a nice young person, who I later learned was a manger (I forgot his name! Sorry! Maybe Todd?), popped out and said he’d get someone to take my order. Charles took my order and helped me customize my drink just the way I wanted. They went the extra mile to make sure my drink was just right.

  This was seriously the RIGHT Friday to stop at 7 Brew! 😂💕 I got off work early today, decided to treat myself, and I’m so glad I did because I left feeling rewarded with such a good drink and an even better experience! I tried the Black Mamba Fizz, and as someone who is NOT usually a passion fruit girl, I was honestly so impressed! It was fruity, refreshing, and exactly what I was looking for when I was craving a fruity drink. And my drink was FILLED TO THE BRIM!!! 😭😂 There is something about getting a drink that is actually filled all the way up that just makes the treat even better! But I HAVE to give the biggest shoutout to Chloe and Karla! They were absolutely AMAZING! 💕 They were so welcoming, friendly, and genuinely made me feel taken care of the entire time. Their energy was SO good, and they made what was already a nice little treat after work feel even more special. You can tell when someone is actually putting effort into making your experience a good one, and Chloe and Karla definitely did that! I drove in after getting off work early thinking I was just going to grab a drink, and left feeling like I really treated myself. A full cup, an amazing drink, and two employees who were so sweet and made my Friday even better. Chloe and Karla deserve ALL the recognition because they truly made this visit! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Definitely the right Friday, the right treat, and the right people working! I’ll absolutely be back! 🥤💕✨

  Shannon was great and super friendly even though I have a crazy dog (mini goldendoodle) who barks at them. She is only quiet when I tell her i'm going to give her pup cup away. Side note this location makes awesome pup cups and one of the main reasons I've been coming here more often than Dunkin. Yes I'm a dunkin Girl and always have been but charging me a $1 for a shot glass full of whipped cream has made me rethink my visits. Anyway the sugar free options are amazing I almost always get cold brew or sugar free energy for calorie reasons not diabetic reasons. My one feedback is that light ice (which is totally not Shannon's fault) is hit or miss. I don't like my coffee super watered down as it takes me awhile to drink a large. Today's for example still about half the glass is ice. So I guess I'm glad I ordered light ice but would like light to be maybe a quarter of the cup in ice not half.

  Barista Talley is an outstanding barista and the first impression of the company for us here in Lockport, IL. He greets customers warmly, works efficiently, and his attention to detail shows in every drink he makes. His professionalism and positive attitude make the experience consistently great. Even during the busiest moments, he stays calm, kind, and fully present. You can see his care in every drink he makes — there’s intention, patience, and pride in his work. The coffee he prepares isn’t just a drink; it’s a small moment of comfort in the day. His dedication, his gentle energy, and the way he treats people make the whole space feel more welcoming and human. Simply put, his service reflects the goodness of his character. People like him don’t come around often.
