  I have become quite the regular at the Lockport location since it first opened. The staff is typically pretty happy and friendly. I do have to mention a couple of the ladies who stand out: Heidi and Yasmin are always super upbeat, smiling and have great customer service. It's common that I'll hear "Key lime pie lady" as I pull up, which makes me laugh (and slightly embarrassed) LOL. Kudos to this location's staff for the positive attitudes, even on some of the hottest and bad weather days.

  I love this place so much but what really makes it home is Yasmin. Every time I see that girl in the drive through my smile brightens and I’m GLAD to give her my money. I come here every day solely for the workers, special shoutout to Diana. Their coffee and 7 energies are also amazing and I live off them before coming into work.

  I love 7 brew in Lockport! The staff is always friendly, drinks are great and correct every time. Yasmin and Diana were quick to greet with bright smiles as the rest of the staff does and you can tell they enjoy their job. The only problem with this location is now I’m hooked on their drinks and go back and spend way more money than I should 😂

  I visited the 7 Brew location in Lockport this morning before work and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Despite there not being a long line, I waited about 20 minutes for two drinks, and my order was made incorrectly. Because of the long wait, I didn’t have time to ask for it to be corrected and ended up missing my Metra train. It was a frustrating and stressful start to my morning. I usually enjoy 7 Brew, but this visit was very disappointing. I hope the team can improve both their accuracy and wait times so other customers don’t have the same experience.

  I am not a coffee drinker but I love tea and iced tea. I Googled the Paris tea and the flavors were everything I love. The website did not offer a description of Paris tea. I have never been to 7 Brew but always saw the line wrapped around the buildings. Now I know why. It was the slowest service ever. Even on Mother's Day, Starbucks was packed and I waited less time. There were 2 order takers and what looked like 4 workers inside. They have no App to pre-order, you cant go inside to order, so the drive thu is not competing with any other order source. Now to my tea. It was completely flavorless. I get unsweet plain iced tea from Panera, Dunkin and other restaurants that have more flavor. No, I dont add sweeteners to my tea, I shouldnt have to. My husband did order a coffee drink and said it was good. Based on how slow the service was with no pre-order option, sitting in a drive thru line for almost 10 minutes for 2 drinks and then a flavorless product, I wont be back.
