- RRRichardAug 23, 20261.0Here at a hotel for business on the weekends for a few weeks as an OTR trucker. Was happy to see a JJ here as I order frequently back home in WI. Yesterday I called and was told they did not have a driver currently, so I door dashed and the Order was accepted. Then the driver was told when he got there that they had closed down before they received the order (well before the stores hours of operation ended) so I had to contact doordash to cancel the order and find somewhere else. Tried calling all afternoon today to try again since they are supposedly opened and nobody answers the phone. I am highly disappointed to say the least. As someone who used to work as a manager for JJ and as a General Manager in the restaurant industry, the customer service looks like it has room to improve at this location.
