we asked for a jamocha shake and only received a plain vanilla shake. when i asked about it, the blonde lady in the window barely responded. before i even asked, she was all around rude and did not say a word the whole interaction. there is a negative energy in this arbys. this is one of the few times ive been to an arbys and it just only persuaded me to stick to other fast food restaurants and never wonder about it again.

Ordered a Jamocha shake. Got a shake with no whipped cream, no toppings at all. When I questioned it, I was told that they dont use any toppings on the shake and I can have whipped cream if I want. Shake doesn't even takes Jamocha. Tastes like a vanilla shake. Pretty much a ripoff.
