  Anthony and callie(i may have spelled her name wrong), were so patient and helpful as I fumbled my way through a complicated order at the register that included two different orders that were texted to me by two different relatives. even with all the customization they still made my order freaky fast. what an awesome Jimmy John's location. These two employees in particular made my day! highly recommended!

  Jonathan and Alexis were the people at the front when I walked and they were amazing ive never had such a customer service expierance they were wonderful

  The sandwich seems more skimpy and I was expected to tip on Cary out. The drive thru took presidence and I waited too long. I'm not coming back.

  This is by far the worst Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to. The customer service is terrible anything but friendly. I waited over 10–15 minutes in the drive-thru during my lunch break. The employee at the window took my cash while wearing gloves, then walked away. I can only hope he changed gloves before handling food. Overall, a very poor experience at this location.

  The service here is outstanding above and beyond if only they could go back to there original oil and vinegar it would make even better
