I presented a paid receipt along with the order confirmation email, including order number. They said they had no record of the order despite my presenting the receipt and order confirmation . Store employees refused to work out a solution to either refund me or provide the order and told me to call corporate. Ending up with no cake for my family’s special occasion. I would avoid this location and spend your money elsewhere.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
