  Every time I stop to use a restroom in a gas station where there's a Dunkin' Donuts the bathroom is absolutely disgusting it would be nice if Dunkin' Donuts would take some real ownership over the disgusting bathroom and actually fix it and clean it so that the donuts are not affected by bacteria that most likely is being put in your donuts because you have a disgusting bathroom that your employees are forced to use. I will never buy at Dunkin' because of your sanitation.

  I would like to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received. I clearly and repeatedly requested a Long John, along with a couple of other specific items. However, the employee consistently provided different products that I did not ask for. This occurred multiple times, and it appeared that my order was not being properly listened to or followed. This level of service is unacceptable. As a customer, I expect my order to be taken accurately and fulfilled as requested. I kindly ask that you address this issue with your staff to ensure better attention to customer orders in the future.

  Ever since the Latinos took over this spot, its gotten a lot better 👏🏼 the best service. Always very nice. Gracias a mi fellow Latinos 💚 thanks for making me smile super early in the morning!

  the best dunkin i’ve ever been to they are so generous and nice and aren’t as expensive as other dunkin’s thank you!

  The service at this establishment is so bad. The drinks are always made wrong and the employees at the window always have an attitude and won’t even speak to you or say your total.
