I was greeted by the cashier who was friendly and accommodating. Restaurant was clean and while taking care of. I will definitely come back here thanks for the wonderful experience ,

I spent $18 on two Little Cheeseburgers. I didn’t notice anything was wrong until I got in my car and started eating. After a few bites, I noticed the burger didn’t taste right. When I looked at it more closely, the patties did not appear fresh. I ate some of the burger but could not finish it, and I have been sick all morning since eating it. I completed the customer survey and also called the restaurant this morning to report what happened. I explained that I had been sick and that I still had part of the burger. The manager apologized and told me he would file a claim and that someone would get back to me. No refund or other resolution was offered. I am attaching photos and videos of the burger so you can see exactly what I received. I have always considered Five Guys my first choice for a good burger, so this experience was extremely disappointing. I hope management takes this seriously and follows up with me.
