The Manager needs training or replacement.
I tried to join my sons and enjoy a small car show at the neighboring Porsche dealer, but was unable to do so because of this guy. Parking spilled over into the Binny's lot, so the manager went full Karen and started berating people and called the police. It's a *Porsche* show, not the Fast and the Furious, people. Guy was totally out of line, talking about "this lot is private property, so if you're not going to shop here you have to leave IMMEDIATELY! And we're not even open yet, so I know you're not shopping here."
Fun fact, I planned to go in and grab something after they opened, as sort of a 'thank you' for letting us crash there for an hour or so. I needed something anyways. I went to Garfield's back home instead, after not being able to hang out with my boys for a few. Thanks for that. 🇺🇸
Do better.

Manager is super rude. People were parked there for a car show that ended before the store even opened and he called the police to kick everyone out. I had parked and he didn’t respectfully ask me to leave, but borderline threatened me. Nobody was being disrespectful or disruptive, but he decided to have a power trip and ruin everybody’s day. Totally unnecessary.

Never put out any allocated bottles. When I was younger and couldn’t drink (and wasn’t buying alcohol) they wouldn’t check my ID when my dad was buying $400-$500 for parties, but when we forgot something and went back to buy a bottle of champagne they checked mine and my brothers ID obviously we were to young to drink then, and now they finally put up a sigh don’t enter unless your 21. Do they check ID’s of the babies that I’ve seen in the shopping carts since they said we check everyone’s. The staff is very friendly, the male manager is a good guy, the older lady with glasses who is also a manager still stares at me when I walk into the store and am 21 (very rude).

DO NOT rent keg equipment here.
First-time keg renter. I called ahead to confirm the process, paid in full, and picked up what I was told was a complete setup in a bag they had packed and tied themselves. Their attentiveness ended the moment they had my money.
Got home to find the tap was missing. Had to drive back on the day of my event.
Their response was that I “should have opened the bag and checked” at pickup. NO apology. NO accountability. Just a dismissal. The whole point of renting from a store is that they hand you the right equipment. Their mistake COST ME time, gas and added unnecessary stress to my event.
To make it right, they offered me 10% off my next purchase – which is their standard promotional discount. That’s not a fix. That’s an insult.
Would NOT recommend to anyone, especially first-timers or event planners who are trusting the staff to set them up correctly.
Shoutout to Ken the manager for the EXCEPTIONALLY TERRIBLE customer service.
