  Staff members should be on the same Accord when informing customers of merchandise. Misunderstandable that it happens sometimes but when it does the customer should be made whole. Not meaning that they should receive something free meaning that the store should honor the commitment that a staff member made to a customer. . And once at the register to pay for the items, the terms of that agreement should not change.; especially, if there is no money to lose TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES. If you're in the business of making money ..MAKE THE MONEY!!

  Gabriel was great with giving me tips on picking a Cigar. Everyone was helpful with giving service one gentleman (hate I cannot remember his name- shorter guy with a mohawk style) even went to search the system to find a new brand that hit the market. 5/5 place.
