  The guy at the window taking orders says he has bad hearing, why would they put a person with a hearing disability at the speaker taking orders. I don't know if its because of his disability but he was very unfriendly. Taco bell district manager do better!

  Ordered and picked up at the drive through, late Sunday night. I think this location just newly opened, everything is still fresh.

  I would highly avoid this Taco Bell as there’s always issues with your orders the service is slow and the managers don’t pay attention. Drive the four minutes down the road to Vernon Hills the Taco Bell over there is 100 times better. Peter the manager on duty is highly unprofessional constantly calls you friend but provides horrible service and cold food. I’m sorry but I pay for the food that they make. We expect them to deliver. For them not to deliver and insist that they’re my friend is highly unprofessional.

  Stopped in twice recently around 6:45 PM. Very understaffed, extremely slow service. I mean painfully slow. Asked for sour cream on the side, (packets) response was no problem. Problem was, they never put it in the bag. Never again.
