  Terrible service at McDonald’s. I’ve been waiting for my order for over 30 minutes. Staff are just running around doing who knows what instead of actually working. There are many people standing and waiting, and everyone is being completely ignored. The front counter is a mess, coffee isn’t being made, and orders aren’t coming out. They took the money, and that’s it — no one seems to care after that. It honestly feels like the staff have no idea what they’re doing. It even felt like they were intentionally holding my coffee. When they finally brought it out, it was completely cold. I told them it must have been sitting there ready for about 20 minutes, while earlier they were telling me the machine wasn’t working. So clearly the coffee had been ready for a long time, and they still gave it to me cold. I refused to take it and left. I paid but didn’t receive a proper order, which is unacceptable. Overall, a very frustrating and disappointing experience. Not recommended.

  Order was wrong (noticed when I got to work) called in and the manager was rude very unpleasant started speaking in Spanish and hung up the phone on me. I go to this McDonalds at least 2 times a week will not be returning. Maybe your managers need to be retrained on how to deal with customers!!!

  Two sandwiches cone with half bun. Manager wants me drive all the way back to see it. Stay away. Will file Corp complaints.
