  Second time in just over a month we ordered with the App then still waited 15 minutes. I had to leave without food again.

  McDonalds is dirty inside, food is always cold & dried up, not freshly cooked!! Any McDonalds in this town I use to go to mess my orders up!! I do not go to McDonalds any longer!! Poor service in workers too!!

  This place was honestly a huge disappointment 😕. The overall experience left a really bad impression, mainly because of how things are handled there. The manager, Ariel, comes across as extremely unprofessional and disrespectful 😠. It’s not just customers who are treated poorly — even the staff seem to deal with the same rude attitude, which is frustrating to see. I even tried reaching out to corporate to report the issue, hoping something would change 📞, but unfortunately, nothing has been done so far. It’s really disappointing when concerns are ignored like that. Definitely not a place I’d recommend 👎.
