- RBRodney breedingMay 25, 20261.0Dear Dunkin, We concluded our Memorial Day weekend expecting to enjoy an incredible French Vanilla coffee for our drive back to Kansas, only to discover that we had paid nearly $6 for what can only be described as flavorless burnt bean water. The sticker clearly stated “x4 French Vanilla Swirl.” What we received contained exactly zero French Vanilla swirl. Which means, mathematically speaking, someone lied to me four separate times. In this economy, every dollar matters. Today, however, I did not receive my money’s worth of French Vanilla swirl. In fact, I received none whatsoever. I was forced to endure hundreds of miles of bitter, joyless coffee with not one iota of vanilla flavor to guide me home. This miscarriage of flavor cannot go unaddressed. Dunkin should be ashamed. Somewhere between the order screen and the cup, society collapsed. Frankly, if I opened a single coffee shop whose entire business model consisted solely of giving customers the flavor they actually ordered, I could put you out of business one customer at a time.
