The espresso tastes burnt for some reason, and the new employees never make my drink correctly, and I’ve been ordering the same thing for quite a while. not to mention my food is always cold when I get it and the potatoes aren’t put together properly so one hashbown has a bunch of cheese and the rest have none. Just lazy and not worth the money anymore.

This is where is goes wacky. This person said don't worry about tipping, but I insisted, to which I am then told that the employees DO NOT receive any of the tips! So I asked, who gets them, I could tell at this point she didn't want to say to much, but it came very clear. The brothers who own this franchise are the ones keeping the tips, and while I was there I saw with my own eyes and heard with my own ears how they treat their employees especially the women! This is very unacceptable, and I will be looking to reach out to corporate about this matter!
