    Terrible terrible terrible! Bread was hard as a rock and burnt beyond ability to eat. Also simply asked for the sandwich to have half lettuce after telling the guy it was for my kids and they agree on all toppings except lettuce so only wanted lettuce on half. They told me I had to order two separate sandwiches ! The quality is down and the management is clearly nickel and diming their customers. Read the other one star reviews they will be out of business soon

    DO NOT TIP BEFORE SERVICE, IF THEY FAIL TO DELIVER AND YOU CANCEL. THEY STEAL YOUR TIP. There's a reason they are not BBB accredited so I had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau & the Illinois Department of Labor for perhaps civil crimes.
