I should have been more careful inspecting the items and taste test the deli foods. But it was the attitude of the customer service rep that was appalling when I returned the items: rude, condescending, unapologetic. That was a month ago haven’t been back since.

I work late so shop late the elderly woman cashier is always complaining didn't want to get cigarettes for me and was rude to me in front of line of customers. The man behind me 6 foot male started being rude to me for asking to purchase an item she did not want to walk to get she said " I prefer you not buying cigarettes at this time i have customers in line and im by myslef and its not the first time! She has done this to me every time and she talks about other customers stealing so self checkout has to be closed! It's the closest store to me but I hate shopping there!!! Get your employees some customer service training Please! So I go in two days later in a line that is about 9 people im waiting forever I ask for my cigarettes she gets mad and said I will make you a deal you walk all the way over and get them so I went behind customer service counter and got them. WHAT!? Is going on with this store?
