- HPHariom PatelAug 9, 20261.0⭐️ Very confusing experience with the pickup-only policy I stopped by the Chipotle in Libertyville hoping to place a quick order. I completely understand if the restaurant is temporarily not allowing dine-in customers due to maintenance or other issues. However, what I don’t understand is why customers who are physically standing inside the restaurant cannot simply place an order at the counter for pickup. I was told that I had to order online and then pick it up inside. If customers are already allowed to come inside to pick up their food, why can’t the staff simply take the order inside as well? I wasn’t asking to dine in or use a table—I was perfectly fine taking my food to go. The policy just seems unnecessarily complicated and inconvenient for customers. I hope management can reconsider this approach. If the restaurant is open and employees are able to prepare pickup orders, it would make much more sense to allow customers who are already there to place a takeout order directly.

I asked for no rice and literally half was white rice. Literally two small bites of meat, the wrong beans (and barely a spoonful), and only onions (no peppers) in the fajita mix. The other printed order was wrong and limited ingredients as well. I’m sorry Chipotle. For about 20 years we ordered ALL the time. We took a break for a few years. Never again.
