I was in ordering and I watched Gavin give his friends free food for no reason that they didn't order or pay for.

I had a pretty frustrating experience with one of the workers and I believe his name is Gavin. I asked for a plain sandwich with light mayonnaise, but what I got was the complete opposite. The sandwich was loaded with tomato and lettuce, which I didn’t ask for, and there was an overwhelming amount of mayonnaise—seriously, it felt like pounds of it. It made the sandwich messy and hard to eat. Not only that I ordered 4 mozzarella sticks and proceeds to hand me a container with 3. It is outrageous.
What bothered me most wasn’t just the mistake, but how careless it felt. It seemed like my order wasn’t really listened to or taken seriously. When someone is handling your food, you expect at least basic attention to what you asked for. Overall, it was disappointing and not something I’d want to deal with again.

Arby's is always a good food stop, but this particular restaurant had outstanding service from the friendly gentleman who patiently and accurately took our order (five of us!) to the lovely lady who put it all together accurately! Definitely stopping here again!

Make sure your order is correct before you leave. They refuse to answer the phone to make it right. I've tried to call 3 times and they keep hanging up on me They forgot my cheese stix. I came in at 12:40 pm on the 16th.
