While ordering my causal Mc Donald’s meal “2 cheese burgers a medium fry and a coke” I received the order with less fries and some of them a bit deformed I made a joke “why are my fries a bit shorter than normal” and the employee at the window replied oh blame Paige. After weeks of confusion and of it happening repeatedly and wondering who’s Paige a tik tok account came upon my fyp I looked at the account and recognized the worker I’ve seen at my casual mc Donald’s. While looking through the comments this is what I saw.
Well, enough is enough already. The customer service here is horrible!! The lady with the bright pink lipstick never makes eye contact, hands you your food while looking away. You have to practically yell to bet her attention for missing straw or condiments. It's like she either thinks she's too good to be working here, or it's personal? Idk, don't care to speculate.
The heavyset kid that works there is just as bad with ZERO customer service skills.
Wouldn't be bad if orders were on point, but that doesn't happen either. It's hit or miss if your order will be correct.
Anyway, you don't exp3ct McDonalds food to be quality, it's just conveinent and good enough for what it is. But the customer service should be on point or at the VERY least, not rude or alouf!
Really quesrioning if it's even worth going back. This review is LONG overdue! Kinda done.

I visited this McDonald's with my 9-year-old daughter for what I expected to be a quick meal and ice cream. Unfortunately, the experience fell well below even the basic standard of customer service.
Upon arriving, there was no one available at the front counter, and I had to call for assistance multiple times before an employee finally came to help us.
The young lady at the register appeared to be new and was clearly struggling with the ordering system. I understand that every employee has to start somewhere, and I don't fault her for being inexperienced. The responsibility lies with management to ensure that new employees receive proper training and support before being placed in situations where they are expected to serve customers independently.
She eventually asked another employee for assistance, but the situation only became more frustrating. I clearly stated my order several times, yet it was still entered incorrectly. I was then told I would have to pay extra for items that were already included in the meal. When I respectfully pointed out the mistake, the employee responded with an unprofessional attitude rather than addressing the issue courteously.
To make matters worse, my daughter ordered a McFlurry with caramel, but it was prepared so poorly that she couldn't enjoy it and ended up throwing it away. Seeing a disappointed child over something that should have been a simple treat was especially unfortunate.
By the end of our visit, it felt as though we had simply thrown our money away.
Before stopping here, I noticed this location already had many negative reviews. I chose to give it the benefit of the doubt because it was conveniently located along our route. Regrettably, my experience reflected many of the same concerns expressed by other customers.
Every business can have an occasional bad day, and mistakes are understandable. However, customers should still be treated with respect, orders should be prepared accurately, and new employees should be adequately trained and supervised. Those are fundamental expectations of any customer service business.
I sincerely hope management takes these concerns seriously and invests in better employee training, stronger supervision, and a greater emphasis on professionalism. Improving these areas would significantly enhance the customer experience.This version is measured, respectful, and specific. I ordered a cookie tote, all the cookies were undercooked in the center. I waited until they cooled and the form still did not hold and would fall apart and still raw.
