Don't plan to drop in and order, you can only go the kiosk and order and wait to get your food. I guess if you go thru the drive thru they can't make you use the kiosk? There was no one else in line otherwise I would have just gone to the kiosk anyway. It's a corporate policy.

My boyfriend and I each placed our own separate mobile orders so we could each use our individual reward points. Both orders were fully paid for, and I had BOTH order codes available when I went to pick them up myself.
The manager, Zoe, refused to give me my boyfriend’s order because “his phone wasn’t in the building.” That explanation makes zero sense considering I had the order code, the order was already paid for, and I was there picking up both orders together. If the app generated the code and I had access to it, why would the physical phone need to be present?
What makes this even more frustrating is that McDonald’s clearly fulfills Uber Eats and DoorDash orders every day without customers physically being in the restaurant with their phones. So why was this suddenly an issue for a simple pickup?
Instead of trying to help, offering a solution, or explaining things professionally, Zoe was unhelpful and dismissive. Customer service goes a long way, and this situation could have been handled much better. Very disappointing experience.

I do keto and ordered a double quarter pound burger with everything minus the bun. Zero utensils...zero napkins. Do employees have utensils and napkins deducted from their pay? I'll take my business elsewhere.

Came here for pick up for Uber Eats. I drove 15 minutes to get the order. I get here and they say 12 minutes for the order because it’s cookies. But I drove 15 minutes to get here so they just didn’t even look at or start the order until I got here to get it. So they turned my uber trip that I’m not getting paid much for from 20 minutes to 35 and had the customers waiting an extra 12-15 minutes. Ridiculous.

This is by far the WORST McDonald’s. The food is always WRONG! You ask for it fresh and they tell you to pull around but it’s not fresh, it’s old oil and hard. The manager even had the nerve to tell me “we only filter our oil on Mondays so our oil is always brown” WHAT?! You ask fr extra onions on a burger and it’s like they can’t read so they put no onions. I only come here because it’s literally 30 seconds from my house. But honestly, EVERY time i come here my order it wrong. I’d rather drive the extra 5 mins to the one on bell road. Someone needs to do something about the management at this place. It’s unreal.
