    My wife and I have ordered sandwiches from here for a few years now. They usually were good. However, the last 2 times her sandwiches were just fair and mine were not even edible. I always get the cold roast beef. The last 2 times the roast beef was atrocious. Whoever made the sandwiches had to know this. The last time the beef was mostly hard fat. It was absolutely disgusting. In all fairness, this goes back roughly 4 months ago. Maybe things have changed there since. But we will not be trying it again to find out. It cost far too much for a sandwich nowadays to buy it and just throw it out. There are too many better options in the area.

    When I walked in last night there was one customer ahead of me in the store who had already ordered and was waiting for his 2 sandwiches. I ordered a tuna unwich so only 3 ingredients needed…. It still took 14 minutes. There were 3 people working… how does it take that long for such a simple order? Couple this with when an online order would come through their system you would hear a complaint out of them or an f bomb. When he handed me my sandwich he walked away without saying anything and the sticker holding it together just popped off so I had to re roll it and stick it in my purse to make it home. I thought it was finally over only to get home and see the smallest unwich I’ve ever received with the lettuce only going about 3/4 around the tuna. The Lockport store has never given me something that looks like this and 9 times out of ten has it made before I’m even done paying. Will definitely avoid the Lemont location moving forward.

    The last several times I’ve ordered here they’ve put about a teaspoon of the avocado spread on a third of the sandwich. Sometimes they forget it completely. Today, they sent my order via Uber and only told me it would happen after I paid. I understand sometimes they’re short-staffed, busy, etc., but I order delivery from them because they use their own trusted drivers. I want to know beforehand if it’s going to be some random person so I can pick it up myself instead or take my business elsewhere.

    I am disgusted by the hygiene of the store employees. I saw what I assume to be a manager smoking cigarettes in her car. She was short with black hair, a bit on the older side. After smoking she then walked back into the store without washing her hands, and then started preparing customers food. DISGUSTING!! This need to be fixed as soon as possible and should not be tolerated by the owners.
