  This is by far the best looking Chipotle I've visited. It's clean and well kept. The food was fresh and of great quality. I made sure to compliment the team and management (Dedreona) on a job well done!

  Very rude service. The guy with the dreads had the best customer service out of everyone. Never again will I come to this location Update! Our rice was hard, the meat was cold, extremely disappointing. NEVER AGAIN. Update! Definitely got food poisoning from this location. Trying to figure out how to call the health department on them. Horrible experience couldn’t even eat half of my food.

  The food was not cooked the steak was very chewy and the steak burrito was very cold spent 50 dollars and the 1st bowl I had look like someone brought it back horrible food experience

  I experienced the most terrible customer service today at the Chipotle on 2302 Thornton Lansing Rd., Lansing, IL. I went to pickup an online order that I placed through DoorDash. When I arrived at the restaurant, the young lady at the front could not find my order. So I provided a screenshot of the order while my coworker called DoorDash to check the status of the order on my behalf . DoorDash stated the order was recently confirmed, the young lady from the front spoke with another coworker, Angelique, who was VERY rude. Angelique told me “It’s going to be a minute so u will have to wait for your order. I proceeded to tell her “DoorDash stated the order was confirmed” Angelique stated, “Like I said, I have to make your order so give me a minute while I get an apron.” Even the worker in the front was looking shocked by her response. After Angelique made me wait 10 minutes to make my order, I asked her if I could speak with her. Angelique responded “I don’t have time, I’m busy” and walked away. This is not the way you handle a customer and her customer service SUCKS! I will NEVER patronize this location again. Angelique, your customer service skills are below standard. It’s not what you say, it’s how you say it.
