  Having only one person working in the morning is absolutely insane. Pulled up at 5:50am only 20 minutes after they opened to a line of 8 cars and one poor girl running around doing everything and apologizing to everyone. Yesterday we couldn’t even stop in because the entrance was blocked at the same time. People who are getting coffee and energy drinks before 6am generally don’t have 30 minutes to wait for it.

  Service was terrible. The drive thru lines were inefficient. I waited 10 mins for my order to be taken. In the 10 mins, the person who took orders took people’s orders who came after me in the other line. Then he finally came to me and asked if he took my order…. If you would’ve paid any attention, no you didn’t. It wasn’t even busy, that’s the crazy part. I was frustrated being ignored and skipped. Also I ordered the cookie butter with cold foam. It literally tastes like a regular latte. I don’t taste marshmallow, hazelnut, or white chocolate. I paid for an overpriced latte $12. Crazy. Very disappointed. Will not be returning.

  If I could leave a 0 i would this lakemoor il 7 brew has the most rude and Unprofessional Manager ever , I would rather go to round lake There is a young man named joe any way the young man knows he is very pleasant. He's a wonderful and very polite person. He deserves recognition. But as far as the manager, she really needs an attitude adjustment.

  This was our first time trying 7 brew. The man who took our drive-thru order was sweet. However, a very rude woman handed us our coffees. She gave off a supervisor vibe. Medium to long dark hair & facial piercings. (Not that the piercings matter. I have some myself).We will not be returning solely based on her attitude. Customer service is everything. I would never employ someone who was rude and ignorant towards my customers.

  Been here many times and have always gotten the same order. They usually take forever to make my coffee but it’s too good not to come back! However, after my last visit I won’t be back. I placed my order in the app so I know I ordered correctly, after waiting 30 minutes, they bring me out my “coffee” that looks like pure milk. I asked if it was a mocha then the worker went to check, comes back 2 minutes later with the same drink in her hand that now has what looks to be chocolate at the bottom. I should have asked for a refund right then and there but I took my drink and left. The second I take a sip I knew they had forgotten the espresso! How do you forget espresso in a coffee?? I ordered a mocha with toasted marshmallow and it tasted like straight hazelnut milk! This is not the first time they messed up my order either! Very disappointing :(
