  My cousin gave me an Iced medium cookie butter blonde with Carmel drizzle and cold foam and I fell in love with it. That was my first time trying 7 Brew and it hit the spot !!! I love this drink way better than Starbucks. I have came back twice already and my drink is always delicious perfect and taste the same each time ! Staff is super friendly and know how to hold up a conversation. Seems like they actually love their job. I hope a location opens up in Mchenry !!! I’m driving about 17 minutes just to get this amazing coffee lol

  wow wow wow, just wow is what i have to say! the barista who took my order well let’s just say her amazing service gave me such a beautiful and happy experience that the birth of my first child pales in comparison to, also side note but she was just so pretty like wow i hope somebody with a nice car hits her up!! i believe her name was addison or something like that. she had long black beautiful and shiny hair. also what is her workout routine because she is just so jacked i mean wow. her customer service is like no other, she took my order personally from the passenger seat of my car. anyways thank you so so so much 7 brew for hiring her so that i could have this experience of my life and my drink was very good thank you!

  The kid who took my order was pretty bold to be standing in the pouring rain. But his service was excellent. I asked him what did they have that was hot an sugar free since I'm diabetic. He said we can make any drink sugar free. So anyways I chose a Carmel drink he recommended. Ended up being an iced coffee no big deal I dealt with it. Well I started drinking it an it was definitely not sugar free so I was a bit disappointed in that. I will try again when it's not pouring rain outside

  Update: my husband came to this location yesterday, and I have been ordering the same drink for the past two weeks - dark chocolate cookies and cream blondie; when he tried to order it the girl taking his order told him that she couldn’t make it because it was too complicated, even though it was literally a seven brew drink. Specifically, a heavyset girl with reddish blonde hair and braids is extremely lazy. She was working the drive-through line yesterday and completely missed me. Then was too busy obsessing over my dog and needing to take a picture of it to give my dog. It’s pup cup. Half the staff needs to be let go for incompetence. Watched a girl completely ignore me pull up, let the other girl take my order and then walk up to her and say “I guess you got that.” She then proceed to try to steal the car her coworker was taking an order from to try to look like she was working after I very bluntly to her face told her she was “lazy.”

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What an amazing experience! I have to give a huge shoutout to Abby for making our visit so enjoyable. We don’t go to 7 Brew very often, but I’m so glad we stopped in today! My daughter was having a hard time deciding what she wanted, and Abby immediately jumped in with several great suggestions. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited to help her find the perfect drink. Her smile and bubbly personality made us feel so welcome, and she was the perfect balance of professional and friendly. The entire experience was quick, positive, and seamless. Abby even helped us sign up for the rewards program, which only took a minute and made the visit even better. Our drinks were absolutely delicious, and we both left with smiles on our faces. Employees like Abby are what keep customers coming back. She truly made our morning and stood out as one of the best customer service experiences we’ve had. We’ll definitely be back!
