  I ordered ordered for delivery 40 minutes ago. I'm quite literally in the next plaza from this location. I called after 30 minutes because there was no update on the tracker and was told I was the next stop, but that the driver had been out with my order for 28 minutes. Really poor service and communication. Now that it's finally here, nearly an hour later, the avocado spread is brown and the toasted sub is cold. Very disappointing.

  Classic Italian subs loaded with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, and onions with oil, vinegar. My go to spot for the classic!! Small seating area devoid of decorations, but clean. I’m a take out guy here. In comparison, potbelly wreck is pretty good but hardly classic, slower service, but better in-restaurant seating by far.

  Went in there this afternoon and ordered three sandwiches. Two of the three had incorrect toppings.
