  Really good ice cream I ordered a vanilla ice cream cone 🍦 I give the atmosphere 4/5 because it was 60degrees outside but everything else was amazing

  Worst experience ever!! Came over with my husband and daughter to celebrate something and get some ice cream. Blond girl at the window was extremely rude to us! Slammed the window in my husband’s face, didn’t give us a receipt and talked extremely snotty to us for no reason at all. When we asked to speak to a manager, she claimed there was no way to reach any manager and that they Have no phone number to reach anyone. My ice cream had a blonde hair in it. My daughter woke up the next morning with complete diarrhea and throwing up. It was the only thing she had eaten the night before. I am sure this girl did something to her food. I am telling everyone not to go here. I have never Never had such horrible service in my entire life as this. We will never go here again.

  I just called to ask if they were participating in the free ice cream cone day and the older gentleman replied with unfortunately yes and I just kind of laughed and said OK and then he rudely hung up. That’s pretty awful customer service for over the phone. I can’t imagine what it will be like in person. I was definitely under the impression that Dairy Queen is a family friendly place. I’ll Definitely be taking my business else where!
