  We were here opening week when we lived in LZ. Now that we live 3.5 hours away in Wisconsin, we make trips down to restock at this Binny's. The people are always so helpful! Well today was a perfect example. After stocking up, my 90 year old BFF and I (both handicapped) headed out. Cashier helping us load the car. Did it himself rather than wait for the stock guy. Picked my hubby up and started heading home just after 6 (closing time). Pulled up in front of Binny's at 6:33. Hubby went to door, knocking, holding up receipt. Finally, Marguerite opened the door. Initially said "I'll look into it on Monday" when my husband told her "my wife came home without 6 bottles of Triple Sec". When he further explained our driving distance etc, Marguerite went out of her way to look in to the problem for us. She found the box of Triple Sec accidentally left behind in all the hustle and bustle of my humongous checkout. All this was important because A- we were leaving town B- Marguerite was way past her checkout time and only there because she had misplaced her keys and C- I had bought the last bottles of Hiram Walker at Binney's. Thank you Marguerite! You saved our day, our trip! You were so kind to help us out. THIS is the kind of service We have become used to from Binney's Lake Zurich! We will keep making the trip!

  Great service help from Christian when I had an issue where I got the wrong bottle and he made it super easy exchanging and getting the right product

  Good selection of everything except if you're looking for Buffalo Trace

  What a selection! This place carries everything from niche beers to hard to find liquors. It is a huge store with large coolers. If you are looking to imbibe, swing by and find something fun to try (like vodka in a class container shaped like a Tommy Gun)!
