  if i could do 0 stars, i most definitely would. i came through the drive thru asked for a simple hot chocolate with oat milk & they made it wrong. went back through to get it fixed and was greeted with “we aren’t starbucks we don’t make mochas like that here” from the baristas in the back while i was right there. they did not fix my drink whatsoever they gave me the exact same cup back with nothing different. i in fact work at starbucks and come here for the hot chocolate so that was a crazy statement. won’t be coming back here.

  It’s literally January 5 and you guys are out of every single seasonal item on your menu yet your menu is still posted. I’m guessing someone doesn’t know how to do inventory properly, but that’s probably a skill that needs to be taught expeditiously.
